Simplicity 9439 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1970's Girls' Pants, Blouse and Midriff Top vintage pattern. 

The overblouse, view 1 and the midriff top, views 2 and 3 have low round neckline, set-in sleeves gathered with elastic casings and an elastic casing below the bustline.  View 1 has a back zipper and long sleeves.  Views 2 and 3 have back button closing and short puff sleeves.  The long or short pants have an elastic waistline casing.  Views 1 and 2 feature a self fabric ruffle.
