Simplicity 8209 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1970's Misses Blouses and Pullover Top vintage pattern.  All views have front tucks and set-in sleeves.  Tops views 1 & 2 have front slash opening, collar, below elbow sleeves with turn back cuffs, side slits and can be worn with or without self tie.  View 3 & 4 blouse have front button closing and forward shoulder seams.  View 3 with tie collar has long sleeves and buttoned cuffs.  View 4 has above elbow sleeves with turn back cuffs and collar.
