Simplicity 8020 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1960's Toddlers' skirt, blouse, pants and scarf vintage pattern.

The blouse views 1 & 3 with high round neckline and self ruffle has back button closing and long set-in sleeves gathered at armholes with elastic casing at lower edges forming self ruffles.  The skirt or pants have waistband with back elastic casing and detachable suspenders with optional top-stitching.  View 1 skirt is gathered at waistline.  Pants view 2 may be trimmed with embroidered braid or ribbon.  The scarf views 1 and 3 has ribbon tie ends.
