The dress has back zipper and optional purchased belt.  Views 1 and 2 feature high round neckline and set-in sleeves.  View 1 with slim skirt has long sleeves.  View 2 features short sleeves.  Views 2 & 3 have an A-line skirt.  View 3 is sleeveless with lowered round neckline.
