Simplicity 7467 Misses' Two-Piece Dress in Two Lengths: Top-stitched top v. 1 or 2 softly gathered to yoke has low round neckline, below elbow length raglan type sleeves gathered with elastic casings and optional purchased belt. The skirt gathered to waistband has side zipper. V. 1 has double ruffle. V. 2 has single ruffle.
