Simplicity 7179 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1960's Misses Blouse.  The blouses have high round neckline and kimono-type sleeves.  Views 1 and 2 have below elbow length sleeves.  Views 1 and 3 have a two-piece collar and back zipper.  Button trimmed view 1 has self fabric carriers and purchased belt.  Collarless, views 2 and 4, have back loop and button closing.  Views 3 and 4 have short sleeves.  View 2 has tab with button trim.  View 3 has optional bow trim.
