Simplicity 6779 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1970's Toddler's Bell-Bottom Pants, Shorts & Shirt vintage pattern. 

The top-stitched shirt with front band button closing has shirt collar, front yoke, shaped lower edge and set-in sleeves.  Views 1, 2 and 3 have long sleeves stitched to button cuffs.  View 1 with embroidered eyelet edging trim has contrasting yok2 and and cuffs.  Views 2 and 3 have optional nail head trim.  View 4 has short sleeves.  Bell-bottom pants, view 1, 2 and 3 or shorts with button trim have front waistband, back elastic casing, top-stitching trim simulating fly, pockets and optional nail head trim.
