Young Junior/Teens' Jiffy Halter-Dress in Two Lengths vintage pattern- (Approximate Length of Short Dress is 31") .  The long or short dress with skirt stitched to halter type bodice in a raised seam has elastic casing and self-fabric drawstring slipped thru neckline casing.
