Simplicity 5481 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1960's Boys Shirt-Jacket and Pants in Two Lengths vintage pattern.  Pants feature a fly front with a zipper closing, a casing across the back with elastic and a back hip pocket.  Views 1 and 3 pants are short, view 2 long.  Raglan sleeved shirt-jacket is loosely fitted, has a notched collar, front button closing, patch pocket and a band at lower edge.  Top-stitching trim is optional.  View 1 has long sleeves with buttoned cuffs.  Views 2 and 3 have short sleeves.
