The top-stitched shirt with front button closing has back yoke forming forward shoulder seams, back box pleat, collar and band, patch pocket and shaped lower edge.  Views 1, 2 and 3 have long set-in sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs.  View 4 has short set-in sleeves.  Views 1 and 2 have front band.  View 3 features contrasting collar and cuffs.
