Simplicity 4981 Vintage 1950's Sewing Pattern - Man's sport shirt. Casual shirt features a convertible collar which may be worn open at the neck or closed. Back of shirt is gathered and joined to a yoke.  V.1 long sleeves are pleated to buttoned wristbands.  V.2 features an additional pocket.
