Simplicity 4771 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1950's teen age one-piece dress vintage pattern.  

The upper edge of back of this chemise dress is gathered to a pointed yoke.  Front joins yoke in a forward shoulder seam.  Button front closing features a pointed band.  There is a patch pocket on left front and pockets in side seams.  Collar is pointed.  View 1 long sleeves have French cuffs.  View 2 short sleeves, gathered at lower edge, join a band fastening with a button.
