Simplicity 4419 Vintage 1950's Sewing Pattern - Girls' blouse and blouse slip.  Blouse, gathered at forward shoulder seams has front button closing and small collar.  View 1 has a center front band and long set-in sleeves.  View 2 has short cuffed sleeves and top stitched pocket and collar.  Top stitching trims collar, pockets and armhole edges of sleeveless blouse.  View 3 and 4 flared slip joins blouse at waist and has front opening extending into skirt.
