Girls blouse skirt or pinafore vintage pattern...pullover blouse has turn over collar and short sleeves gathered at lower edge or long sleeves gathered to wristband and optional zipper or button closing at neckline.Pinafore, Style 1 and 2, bodice and gathered skirt joins to a waistband and buttons in back. Attached sash ties in bow. Unusual cone shaped patch pockets.Separate skirt, Style 2 gathers to waistband and button in back.
