Simplicity 2421 Ladies Ballerina Petticoat Vintage Sewing Pattern 1940s

The circular petticoat which joins to a waistband falls in an easy flare. Style 2 features and embroidered ruffle at the lower edge enhanced with two ribbon bows in front. In Style 3, the ballerina length is finished with a bias ruffle at the lower edge.
