Simplicity 2028 Vintage 1940's Sewing Pattern Ladies Party Dress Lowered Waist Bow

Ladies one piece dress with balloon sleeves Vintage Sewing Pattern - The bodice is gathered at the front side seams and fitted with back darts.  The skirt, cut in four  sections, joins to the bodice below the waist.  Style 1 features lowered armhole and cape sleeves.  The high neckline is slashed in front and a soft bow trims the hip.  Style II has three quarter sleeves that are gathered to a band at the lower edge.  A shaped neckline finishes the dress.
