Simplicity 8448 Toddlers' Dress and Panties: V.1 & 2 dress with midriff has skirt gathered to bodice above normal waistline, back zipper, short set-in sleeves, and tie ends. Eyelet trimmed V. 1 has puff sleeves with elastic casings. V. 2 has collar and contrasting midriff and tie ends. Panties V. 1 and 2 have elastic waistline and leg casings. V. 1 has eyelet trim.
