Simplicity 5644 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1960's toddlers' overalls and top vintage pattern. 

The overalls high in front are low in back with elastic casing.  Suspenders cross in back and button to front.  Side seams have button closings.  Inner leg edges feature seams or a closing with fasteners.  Top has set-in sleeves and back button closing.  View 1 features a peter pan collar, short sleeves, rick rack and braid or ribbon trim.  View 2 sleeves are long, diagonal trim of overall fabric has button detail.
