Checkout & Payment Options

Payments are glady accepted by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Money Orders. Our shopping cart & check-out is very secure. We do not see any of your credit card information, we are only notified that a payment has been made. 

For customers who do not wish to submit their credit card information online:  We can process your order manually via telephone. We are only able to process Visa & Mastercard payments manually at this time.

For Our Canadian Customers - Should you wish to pay for your purchase in Canadian Funds we will convert your total into Canadian currency using the current exchange rate. Please send us an email detailing which patterns you wish to purchase & we will send you an updated invoice in Canadian currency.

If you chose to pay for your vintage pattern with a Money Order we will not send out your order until the Money Order has been received. It will take some time for delivery. Payments by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal are much faster & your wait time will be greatly reduced.

Shipping/Handling Details

Patterns are shipped via Canada Post.  We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Shipping is free of charge to all destinations. The price you see is the total price including shipping. Shipments are usually made within 1-3  business days following receipt of your payment unless something unforeseen occurs. Please be aware that Customs procedures can extend delivery time frames.  Unfortunately we cannot control Customs clearance time. We will do our best to ensure that your pattern arrives in a timely matter.

Are the patterns complete with no missing pieces?

Unless otherwise stated, patterns are checked to ensure they are complete with the instruction sheets.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of vintage patterns we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. We take care to provide a detailed description of each pattern. Rest assured that if your pattern is grossly misrepresented we will provide a refund

Is my personal information safe?

We will never share your contact information with anyone. We keep a database of customer email addresses that are used only by us. We hate spam as much as you do therefore your email address will never be shared.

Do you purchase patterns online from estates,collections, etc.?

We do purchase patterns online. Our interest lies in patterns circa 1970 & earlier. Please send us all the details of what you have for sale including the price you wish to sell the patterns for.   

Are all the patterns in your inventory displayed on the site?

We have lots of patterns in our inventory that are not on the site.  Patterns are added as time permits. If you are looking for a particular pattern please send us an email with the details. We may have it in our inventory.
